must.fm offers a variety of subscription plans for accessing our premium music streaming features. Details of our subscription plans and pricing can be found on our website at www.must.fm (“Website”). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may vary in other countries. Subscription plans renew automatically 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel the renewal. Please see Section IV for information on how to cancel your subscription.
We offer a free tier option that allows limited access to must.fm’s features. To enjoy the full range of premium features, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.
Payments for subscriptions can be made using debit or credit cards processed through Paddle. The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees to your selected payment method.
Canceling your subscription means disabling the automatic renewal of your subscription, but you will still have access to all subscription features until the end of your current subscription period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Apple App Store: If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are managed by Apple. Please follow the instructions on Apple’s support page to request a refund.
Google Play Store: If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, refunds are managed by Google. Please follow the instructions on Google’s support page to request a refund.
Website: Subscriptions purchased directly from our Website can be managed through your personal account on the Paddle Customer Portal. You can cancel your subscription by contacting us via email at [email protected], through our “Contact Us” form on the Website, or by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email received after purchase. To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued under certain conditions:
Refund Requests Within 2 Days:
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase through our Website.
To qualify for a refund, the account must show minimal usage (fewer than 10 song streams or equivalent activity).
Active users (more than 10 song streams) will not be eligible for refunds due to the significant costs associated with our service.
Exceptions:
Refund requests beyond 2 days after the purchase date are non-refundable.
Active usage beyond the defined threshold (more than 10 song streams) renders the purchase non-refundable.
Payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the conditions of this Refund Policy are not met. If an alternative refund option (e.g., a free trial) is offered at checkout, it supersedes this Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or reversing any subscription fee payment may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your must.fm account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing relevant information to the financial institution demonstrating that the payment was authorized.
We may modify or amend our subscription plans and this Refund Policy at any time. Notice of such changes will be posted on our Website and/or sent via email. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your subscription prior to the changes taking effect.
